ConvoBrains is an AI platform that analyses 100% of business calls and turns them into actionable intelligence helping D2C and insurance brands identify revenue leakage, agent performance gaps, and customer drop-off reasons.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development (Sales) intern to help us build outbound pipeline and connect us with the right decision-makers. This is a hands-on role where you will be doing real outreach not shadowing or assisting from the sidelines.
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1) Research and identify potential clients across D2C, e-commerce, and insurance sectors
2) Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and similar tools
Conduct cold calls to founders, CXOs, and team leads to initiate business conversations
3) Run outreach via LinkedIn DMs and cold emails to generate qualified leads
Qualify prospects and schedule demo meetings with the founder
4) Follow up consistently with leads across channels to move conversations forward
5) Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and lead status in the CRM
If you are comfortable picking up the phone, writing outreach that gets replies, and working independently without hand-holding this is the right opportunity for you. You will work directly with the founder and get a real look at how early-stage B2B sales is built from scratch.
