⚡ What You'll Be Doing
- Create eye-catching posts, stories, and creatives that represent our brands perfectly
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns — Meta Ads, boosted posts, and paid strategies that deliver measurable ROI
- Grow our social media following organically AND through paid channels
- Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that stop the scroll
- Independently manage and handle social media accounts end-to-end
- Analyse campaign performance, read the data, and optimise for better results
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table — we love creativity!
- Script, plan, and execute content strategies that drive real engagement
- Stay on top of trends and move fast to implement them
- Adapt brand voice — sleek & modern for design brands, warm & professional for service platforms
✅ What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience running and growing social media accounts
- Proven track record in performance marketing — Meta Ads, boosted posts, and paid social campaigns
- Strong understanding of ad targeting, budgeting, and campaign optimisation
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) for posts and creatives
- Someone who can work independently
- A creative mind that brings new ideas — not just executes old ones
- Strong communication skills
- A portfolio that proves you've done this before
