We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School level English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Grammar and Spoken English, with the ability to engage students in learning through innovative teaching methods. This role involves developing curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and fostering a positive learning environment for students of varying skill levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards and student needs.
- Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Provide tutoring and mentoring support to students requiring additional assistance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and technologies.
