Job Title: Staff Nurse (B.Sc / Diploma in Nursing)
Compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse with 2 years of clinical experience, Emerald Health Care Center - A Unit of Krisha Charitable Trust. Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting physicians, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in accordance with hospital protocols and healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for effective patient management.
- Maintain medical equipment and ensure proper usage
