Set and achieve store sales targets, monitor daily transaction metrics, and incentivize staff to promote high-margin fabrics or seasonal collections.
Oversee stock levels, coordinate with textile suppliers, manage replenishment, and conduct routine audits to prevent stockouts and shrinkage.
Recruit, train, and schedule sales associates and cashiers. Conduct regular floor training on product knowledge, fabric care, and styling.
Ensure fabric displays, mannequins, and window layouts are attractive, updated, and aligned with current fashion trends and promotions.
Manage daily opening and closing procedures, maintain health and safety standards, and oversee cash handling and billing processes.
