- Candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Client Handling, Project Coordination, and Software Development Projects are encouraged to apply.
- Manage end-to-end IT projects, including websites, web applications, mobile applications, CRM/ERP systems, automation solutions, AI-powered applications, and custom software development projects.
- Handle both domestic and international clients, building strong client relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and convert discussions, inquiries, and business opportunities into well-defined projects with clear scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, proper requirement documentation, expectation management, and seamless project execution.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AI technologies, automation tools, and emerging digital solutions to recommend suitable approaches and support client discussions.
- Plan, assign, and monitor project tasks, coordinate with developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, requirement specifications, progress reports, status updates, meeting minutes, risk assessments, and management reports.
- Identify project risks, client-side dependencies, technical challenges, and resource constraints, while proactively implementing solutions to ensure smooth project completion and long-term client success.
Pay: ₹17,784.98 - ₹81,991.79 per month
