Job Summary
Rastogi Education Society is looking for a passionate and experienced Frontline Health Caregiving Associate Trainer to deliver classroom and practical training under our skill development program. The trainer will be responsible for teaching enrolled candidates, conducting practical sessions, maintaining training records, and preparing students for assessments and employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training for Frontline Health Caregiving Associate students.
- Deliver training as per NSDC/Skill India curriculum and guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Demonstrate clinical procedures and healthcare practices.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and academic performance.
- Conduct assessments, mock tests, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain training documentation, attendance, and progress reports.
- Support students in assessment preparation and placement readiness.
- Coordinate with the Centre In-Charge and project team for smooth program execution.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment and lab facilities.
Required Qualifications
Option 1:
- B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
OR
Option 2:
- GNM Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach theory and practical healthcare skills.
- Knowledge of Skill India/DDU-GKY/NSDC training standards is preferred.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, documentation, reporting).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Salary
- Negotiable (Based on qualifications and experience)
