Job Summary
Anmol Talent Solutions is looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities. The candidate will connect with companies across various industries, understand their hiring requirements, and schedule meetings or collect job openings for our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to companies.
- Introduce Anmol Talent Solutions and explain our recruitment services.
- Identify hiring requirements and generate qualified business leads.
- Build relationships with HR Managers, Admin Managers, and decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding client requirements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
