We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to join our growing book publishing team at varisserry, Kottayam and help us manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.
Role Overview
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—handling initial conversations, qualifying leads, and supporting our core sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to new and existing leads
- Explain basic details about our services
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers
- Maintain and update lead data (CRM/Excel)
- Do regular follow-ups with prospects
✅ Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Confidence in speaking over phone
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
