SAP Executive (MM / SD) – Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated SAP Executive with hands-on experience in SAP MM (Material Management) and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules. The candidate will support daily business operations, coordinate with users, and ensure smooth SAP process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle SAP MM and SD module operations and user support
- Create and maintain master data (Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master)
- Process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, GRN, Deliveries, and Billing documents
- Monitor inventory movement and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and accounts teams
- Resolve SAP transaction issues and provide first-level troubleshooting
- Prepare MIS reports and system documentation
- Support implementation, testing, and process improvements in SAP
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP MM and SD modules
- Understanding of procurement, inventory, and sales processes
- Experience in master data management and transaction handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Excel and reporting tools preferred
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or related field
- SAP MM/SD certification preferred
