About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Team Lead – Inbound SaaS to drive revenue outcomes and scale a high-performing inbound sales team at MyOperator.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team of Business Consultants handling high-intent inbound leads, while actively contributing to deal strategy, closures, and pipeline health. You will own monthly revenue (MRR) targets, drive conversion efficiency across the funnel, and build a culture of accountability, speed, and consistent performance.

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)
- Revenue & Funnel Ownership: Own and deliver monthly MRR and closure targets for the team. Drive conversion metrics across funnel stages (Lead → Connect → Demo → Closure) and maintain an inbound lead Turnaround Time (TAT) of <15 minutes.
- Team Leadership & Execution: Lead daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy. Actively shadow, negotiate, and help close high-value deals with your team.
- Forecasting & CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts. Drive strict pipeline visibility and CRM hygiene (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Coaching & Capability Building: Conduct weekly call reviews, role-plays, and feedback sessions to upskill reps on objection handling and product demos.
Who Should Apply (Requirements)
- Experience: 4–8 years in B2B Inside Sales / SaaS Sales with at least 2 years of direct team handling experience with revenue/quota ownership.
- Sales Cycle: Proven track record of handling high-velocity inbound sales cycles (≤ 15 days) and achieving monthly targets.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot, along with data dashboards and conversion metrics.
- Technical Comfort: Comfortable with solution selling, system integrations, and basic API-based product conversations.
Strong Plus (Preferred)
- Background in SaaS, Cloud Telephony, VoIP, CPaaS, or Communication Tech.
- Exposure to API-led sales conversations.
- Experience scaling inside sales divisions in a high-growth startup environment.
Who is NOT a Fit
- Backgrounds purely in B2C, retail, insurance, or field/door-to-door sales.
- Experience limited strictly to Account Management/Relationship Management without closure/MRR ownership.
- Experience limited to long enterprise sales cycles (3–6 months+).
- Individual Contributors (ICs) without people management/team leading experience.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
