Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals who are eager to build a career in lead generation and inside sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to develop communication skills, gain international business exposure, and grow within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and identify potential contacts through professional networking platforms and business websites.
- Perform pre-sales activities, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct outbound calls to target prospects across assigned geographies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality lead delivery.
Eligibility
- Diploma Holders, Undergraduates, or Graduates from any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Requirements
- Prior BPO or Lead Generation experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
