Job Summary
BluDesign Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage and execute interior and commercial projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, hands-on experience in interior projects, and proven exposure to commercial projects.
Interior project experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute interior and commercial projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, furniture, and other project-related activities.
Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
Ensure quality standards and project specifications are maintained.
Track material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and site inventory.
Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, BOQs, measurements, and documentation.
Identify project risks and take corrective action to avoid delays.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site requirements.
Handle client meetings, project updates, and issue resolution.
Ensure successful project handover and closure.
Required Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Interior project experience is mandatory.
Commercial project experience is mandatory/preferred.
Strong knowledge of interior execution, civil works, site management, and project coordination.
Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements, materials, and construction processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of commercial interior execution.
Vendor and contractor management.
Project planning and scheduling.
Cost and material management.
Client handling and coordination.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, or other project-management tools is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineering graduate with at least 5 years of experience in interior project execution and commercial projects, capable of independently managing projects, teams, contractors, vendors, and clients while ensuring timely and quality delivery.
