Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and data science.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics processes.
Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in business, digital, analytics, or information technology.

Proven experience as a technical leader with broad knowledge of digital and analytics technologies and disciplines.

Experience leading teams and managing multi-site development projects.

Experience working in a matrix organization with global and local teams.
-
Ability to build strong and effective partnerships with business managers and prioritize global and local needs.

Track record of building high-performing teams and making effective decisions.

Strong digital and analytics solution and technology delivery skills.
-
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Highly proficient in consumer technologies including digital, analytics, mobile, and social applications.

In-depth knowledge of machine learning, pattern recognition, and data-mining techniques.

Analytical skills with a solid foundation in programming (R, SAS, Python, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL).

Strong oral and written communication skills.

MS in quantitative discipline, such as computer science, engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, machine learning or a related field.

Experience working with counterparts in the US

Proficient in data warehousing, data modeling, ETL and SQL

Prior experience or working knowledge with tools and technologies: Spark, Clojure, Hive, Pig, Redshift
