Senior Sales Manager – Furniture Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our furniture sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage premium customer relationships. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the furniture industry and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the furniture sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business through field visits, architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Convert leads into successful sales closures and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and key customers.
- Monitor daily showroom sales activities, customer follow-ups, and team performance.
- Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and customer service.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to final delivery.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in furniture sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of premium furniture products and customer handling.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-value clients.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.

Salary: Best in the Industry + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
