Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer collections and recovery follow-ups
Manage overdue and delinquent accounts
Coordinate with customers for payment resolution
Maintain collection records and MIS reports
Achieve monthly collection targets
Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills:
Experience in banking collections/recovery
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Field collection experience preferred
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
Mobile compulsory
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
