Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring cycle for full-time technical roles across cutting edge technical jobs
- Source passive candidates via GitHub, LinkedIn, and tech networks
- Screen technical resumes and run initial assessments to check skills
- Improve profile pipeline using an Applicant Tracking System
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on technical or full-cycle US IT recruitment experience
- Strong tech literacy with a grasp of programming languages, cloud systems, and AI
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche developer boards
- Good communication and negotiation skills to close top-tier tech candidates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
