Key Responsibilities
- Make 250+ outbound calls per day to customers for onboarding & reactivation.
- Must maintain 100+ connected calls.
- Onboard and assist new content creators on the application.
- Handle queries and platform-related issues efficiently.
- Track user progress and follow up until completion.
- Maintain accurate call logs, status updates, and CRM entries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and content quality.
- Basic tech comfort (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Telugu & English
- Minimum 3 months experience in telesales / outbound calling
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking to customers over calls
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and calling tools
