- Operate and set CNC Turning machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, process sheets, and job specifications.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, offset correction, and program loading.
- Monitor machining operations to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection.
- Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues during production.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance practices.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during machine operation.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain daily production reports and machine records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
