Sales Executive – FMCG
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the FMCG industry to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and executing market development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key clients.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and availability across outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and stock management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of retail and distribution channels.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
