Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline, operations, and corporate roles
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, vendors, and social media
- Coordinate interviews and manage hiring closures
- Maintain recruitment data, ATS/CRM, and hiring trackers (Keka Hire preferred)
- Prepare hiring reports, candidate pipelines, and recruitment MIS
- Support multi-city and expansion hiring requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Experience in high-volume hiring
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM platforms
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
