1. Role: Intern
2. Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate student/recent graduate in Business,
Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Commerce, or related fields
3. Experience: Internship experience in FMCG, retail, sales, customer service, market
research, consulting, or consumer insights is an advantage.
4. Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
5. Candidate Industry: Consumer Goods, Retail, E-commerce, BFSI, Automotive, Hospitality,
Telecom, Healthcare, Construction Industrial sectors, Engineering, Chemicals Plastics, Metals,
Biotech, Textile.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Research
a. Support execution of customer satisfaction, NPS, customer journey, and customer experience
studies.
b. Assist in questionnaire/discussion guide development.
c. Participate in primary research activities including interviews, surveys, and mystery audits.
d. Analyze customer feedback and identify key satisfaction drivers and pain points.
Brand Consumer Insights
e. Support brand health tracking, brand perception, and consumer behavior studies.
f. Conduct secondary research and competitor analysis.
g. Assist in preparing insight summaries, reports, and presentations.
h. Analyze consumer trends and market developments across industries.
Data Analysis Reporting:
i. Compile and organize research findings.
j. Create charts, summaries, and insight-based presentations.
k. Support report writing and presentation development for client deliverables.
l. Use AI tools to improve research efficiency, data synthesis, and content development.
m. Build interactive dashboards and trackers for CX metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT), brand health, and performance monitoring.
Personal Attributes:
a. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
b. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
c. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI (or similar BI tools like Tableau)
d. Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc.
e. Comfort with both qualitative storytelling and quantitative analysis
f. Exposure to statistical tools (SPSS/R/Python) is an added advantage
g. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
h. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
