About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Executive to manage end-to-end after-sales operations. This role involves coordinating pickups, tracking service requests, managing dispatches, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange product pickups for service, replacement, upgrade, and refund cases
Create and manage job cards for all received units (e.g., projectors)
Track pickups and service status, and provide timely updates to customers
Coordinate dispatch of serviced/replacement/upgrade units to customer addresses
Work closely with the service team to ensure all units are processed on time
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and tickets
Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, and quality standards
Key Requirements
1–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer support
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
Experience in after-sales service or reverse logistics is a plus
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and tracking systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
