Job Overview
We are seeking Site Engineers to oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring structural integrity, quality control, and strict adherence to timelines for our ongoing residential and commercial projects in Kochi.
- Experience: 1-2 years in real estate or contracting firms.
- Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site).
- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities and manage labor teams.
- Ensure execution matches structural drawings and architectural plans.
- Conduct quality checks on concrete mix, steel reinforcement, and masonry work.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and material reconciliation statements.
- Certify subcontractor bills and verify measurements on-site.
Key Requirements
- Two - Wheeler Licence and Ownership of a Two - Wheeler is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and reading complex structural drawings.
- Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam and English to coordinate with local laborers and consultants.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
