Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to course inquiries
- Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing, Data Science, AI, and other professional courses
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Maintain follow-up records in CRM
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
- Presentable personality
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in Education Counselling / Telecalling preferred
