Job Overview:
Sales & Marketing Manager will have full responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive aggressive growth in revenue and profitability of the company’s products.
Reports to: Marketing & Sales Director
Key Responsibilties :
- Develop and execute strategic business plan to drive growth in revenue and profitability.
- Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all products.
- Research, test, and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business
- Own all aspects of product management including Price, Volume, Margin, Portfolio development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market
research, trend analysis, and other data mining methodologies and resources.
- Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Recruit, develop, and challenge a highly motivated, technically competent, and loyal team that can deliver results and grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.
- Direct the planning and development of division marketing, sales and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.
- Develops and meets budgeted financial goals.
