We are looking for an energetic HR Executive to lead staff recruitment, training, and development across our cafe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end staff hiring and onboarding.
- Create, coordinate, and implement training programs and training modules.
- Conduct and monitor one-to-one and group training sessions.
- Support hospitality, service, grooming, and workplace culture training.
- Track employee performance and training progress.
- Travel between outlets as required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Passion for training and team development.
- Willingness to travel.
- Hospitality or restaurant experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
