Video Editor – Podcast & YouTube Content

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor with at least 3 years of professional editing experience to work on podcast episodes and related content for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms
- Create engaging short-form clips, Reels, and Shorts
- Clean and enhance dialogue audio
- Add captions, B-roll, graphics, animations, and sound effects
- Maintain strong pacing, storytelling, and visual quality
- Follow different client editing styles and brand guidelines
- Handle revisions based on client feedback
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Keep project files organized and maintain a professional workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience
- Proven experience editing podcasts and YouTube content
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, audio editing, and visual composition
- Ability to turn long-form podcast footage into engaging short-form content
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and responsiveness
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work
Preferred Skills
- Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Descript, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience working with international clients
- Understanding of modern YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok editing styles
- Basic motion graphics and visual effects skills
