We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin to support daily office and store administrative activities in our supermarket. The candidate will handle documentation, staff coordination, basic accounting support, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office records, documents, and files
- Handle daily administrative tasks and reporting
- Coordinate with store staff and management
- Maintain purchase and supplier records
- Assist with inventory documentation and stock records
- Support billing and data entry when required
- Manage emails, phone calls, and basic office communication
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / MS Word)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage records and documents properly
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree
- Previous admin or office experience preferred
