About Us: We are building a patient-first heartcare program that provides preventive and rehabilitative, non-invasive treatment to cardiac patients. With over 25 years of experience, SAAOL is an established brand within non-invasive heart treatment, and currently operates 100+ centres across the country. Our treatment portfolio includes FDA approved EECP treatment, lifestyle education, diet consultation, and medical consultation.
We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to support our Delhi-NCR centers with inventory management, procurement, and day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, likes variety in their work, and is comfortable juggling both office-based tasks and field visits.
Job Location: Chhatarpur (6 days a week)
Primary Responsibilities would include -
- Manage day-to-day inventory - receiving, quality checks, and arranging stock as per FIFO (First In First Out)
- Monitor expiry dates to avoid spoilage and stay compliant
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, and delivery of stock across centers
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to keep records accurate
- Assist in procuring inventory, equipment, and consumables as needed
- Visit SAAOL centers across Delhi-NCR for stock checks, vendor coordination, or resolving on-ground issues
- Take on other tasks as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
We are looking for someone who have-
- Diploma or Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or operations
- Willing to travel within Delhi-NCR regularly
- Comfortable with computers and MS Excel
- Marg software knowledge is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and open to varied responsibilities
