Business Development Executive – IT Services Sales

About the Role
AAPNA Infotech is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT Services or Software Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, engaging with domestic and international clients, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct client calls, presentations, and requirement discovery meetings.
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Services Business Development / Software Services Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Understanding of Software Development, Cloud, AI, Data, Microsoft technologies, or Digital Transformation services.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email outreach tools is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business events.
