The candidate should have experience in handling end-to-end export/EXIM operations, including:
- Follow up with supplier for the dispatch latest status
- Inter department / stakeholder coordination with supplier & purchase team
- Logistics coordination
- Must have Marchant export, HAZ-DG, project Cargo handling knowledge
- Export documentation – Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, etc.
- Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, NVOCCs, transporters and inspection agencies.
- Handling FCL, LCL/part-load, breakbulk, Ro-Ro, flat rack, open-top, ODC and air shipments.
- DG/HAZ cargo documentation, declarations, packaging and shipment coordination.
- Export customs clearance, port/CFS/ICD coordination and shipment tracking.
- Preparation and verification of shipping documents and compliance requirements.
- Coordination with suppliers, internal teams, overseas offices/consignees and other stakeholders.
- Handling shipment bookings, vessel schedules, cut-offs, container movements and delivery coordination.
- Knowledge of GST/LUT, EDPMS, e-BRC, COO, ECTN and other applicable export compliances will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation and follow-up skills.
Key Requirement
Please prioritize candidates with practical hands-on experience in merchandise export operations, preferably with exposure to multiple shipment modes and international destinations.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
