Key Responsibilities – Marketing Executive – Lead Management
1. Lead Management & Validation
- Validate incoming leads from multiple sources (online portals, website, email campaigns, etc.).
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before assigning them to the sales team.
- Allocate leads to appropriate sales personnel based on region, product line, or priority.
- Track and monitor lead status from generation through quotation to final closure.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM entries.
2. Tele-Calling & Follow-Ups
- Conduct tele-calls to verify lead details and understand customer requirements.
- Perform regular follow-ups with prospects to move them toward quotation and order stages.
- Coordinate with sales teams to gather updates and ensure timely action.
- Maintain professional communication with customers via calls and emails.
3. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Maintain and update lead, quotation, and order databases.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Prepare lead-to-quotation and lead-to-order conversion analysis.
- Use MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, Basic Analysis) for data tracking and reporting.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate internally with sales, service, and management teams.
- Draft customer emails, follow-up messages, and basic proposals.
- Support the sales team with reminders, documentation, and communication tracking.
5. Portal & Listing Management
- Manage online lead generation portals such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and company website inquiries.
- Monitor portal listings, responses, reviews, and lead flow.
- Ensure product/service listings are updated and optimized.
- Coordinate with portal representatives when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead management, or tele-calling.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, Basic Data Analysis).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with tele-calling and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
