Position: B2B Manager – Overseas Education

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with educational consultants, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate partners to generate student referrals for overseas education services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's B2B network across assigned regions to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with partner institutions, conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions on overseas education opportunities and university offerings.
- Coordinate with internal counseling, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure seamless partner engagement and student conversion.
- Monitor partner performance, maintain MIS reports, negotiate partnership agreements, and implement growth strategies to maximize business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales, preferably in the overseas education industry.
- Strong network with educational institutions, consultants, and referral partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of study abroad destinations, universities, admission processes, and visa requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred; Hyderabad-based candidates will be given preference.
