Position Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's social media strategy to strengthen Cadabams Group's digital presence, improve brand awareness, increase engagement, and support business growth across multiple verticals. The role requires a creative, analytical, and healthcare-sensitive professional who can effectively communicate mental health, rehabilitation, and wellness-related content across digital platforms. Healthcare organizations increasingly use social media to improve patient engagement, awareness, and community outreach.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Identify emerging trends, audience preferences, and platform opportunities.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation initiatives.
Content Development
- Create and manage engaging content including:
- Reels
- Videos
- Static creatives
- Carousels
- Stories
- Blogs
- Patient awareness campaigns
- Doctor-led content
- Simplify complex mental health and healthcare information into engaging digital content.
- Coordinate with clinical teams, therapists, doctors, and internal stakeholders for content creation.
Platform Management
Manage and optimize:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- X (Twitter)
- Emerging social platforms
Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries.
- Monitor audience engagement and online reputation.
- Escalate patient-related concerns appropriately.
- Maintain professional and ethical communication standards.
Campaign Management
- Execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Coordinate awareness campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Support recruitment branding and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers growth
- Website traffic
- Lead generation
- Campaign ROI
- Prepare monthly performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and audience insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field.
- Master's degree/MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, wellness, or hospital industry is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple brands or business verticals is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling abilities.
- Graphic and video content understanding.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube promotions.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Video editing knowledge is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of healthcare communication ethics and patient confidentiality.
