Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site labor
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues promptly
- Track progress and report updates to the Project Manager
- Ensure proper use, storage, and availability of tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain site records, daily logs, and safety reports
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or rework
Requirements:
- BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Fresher or experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
