Job Description
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building custom applications, developing integrations, customizing Service Portal and Workspace, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow PPM module to support project and portfolio management processes.
- Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, catalogs, and knowledge management solutions.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party applications.
- Create and enhance Service Portal and Workspace/UI Builder experiences.
- Develop Flow Designer automations and Integration Hub solutions.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Script Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and other platform components.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design, development, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills
- 5–9 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) (Mandatory).
- Experience in developing custom ServiceNow applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Experience in Service Portal development.
- Expertise in Workspace customization and UI Builder.
- Strong scripting experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Script Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, and Knowledge Base development.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design principles, and platform best practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow Playbooks.
- Exposure to Now Assist and GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
