Job Summary:
AV Global Overseas is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecalling Executive / Education Counselor who can handle leads, provide study abroad counselling, and drive admissions. This role involves calling, counselling, and conversions, with future growth into a senior or leadership position. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and conversion skills in the study abroad domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- With extensive understanding of working with CRM system, lead generation and, lead follow up. Handling a small team of tele caller and closing the leads.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for MBBS abroad and study abroad programs
- Provide counselling and guide students on suitable countries, universities, and admission processes
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads and admissions
- Ensure regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM daily
- Coordinate with application and admission teams
- Support and guide junior telecalling executives when required
- Monitor lead quality and improve conversion strategies
- Handle priority and high-value leads
- Achieve individual and team targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales (overseas education preferred)
- Experience in study abroad or education counselling is an added advantage
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MBBS abroad or study abroad services
- Hands-on experience with CRM and MS Office
- Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Leadership potential and ability to grow into a senior role
