Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Build integration services connecting origination, servicing, channel, and legacy systems.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Analyze complex business and technical problems to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
- Support legacy modernization through API development and strangler pattern implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical discussions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Must Have
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical aptitude with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and backend application design.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services.
- Knowledge of system integrations and relational/non-relational databases.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams and contribute to technical design discussions.
Good to Have
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with application modernization and legacy system transformation.
- Knowledge of design patterns, API-first development, and domain-driven design.
- Experience with performance tuning, observability, and monitoring tools.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per year
