An Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily administrative activities of the branch, maintaining files and records, handling documents, assisting customers, and coordinating with staff members. The role includes data entry, preparing reports, managing office stationery, and ensuring proper filing and documentation. The Office Assistant should assist in smooth branch operations and provide support to different departments whenever required. On certain occasions, the employee may also be required to assist with field work and other branch-related activities based on business requirements. Basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a responsible attitude are essential for this role.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
