Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, result-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence through Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, and branding strategies. The candidate should have strong knowledge of performance marketing, content creation, and campaign optimization to help generate quality real estate leads and improve brand visibility for RBA Realtors.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing strategies
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, ad creatives, and property promotions
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals
- Work on SEO strategies including keyword optimization, website rankings, and organic traffic growth
- Improve online brand visibility, audience engagement, and implement latest digital marketing trends & strategies
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & social media marketing
- Experience in content creation, lead generation campaigns, and campaign optimization
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
