Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the collections team to achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up for collections.
- Track team performance and provide coaching, training, and guidance.
- Analyze collection data and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Handle escalated customer cases and resolve disputes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and customer service teams for complex cases.
- Monitor delinquency trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain portfolio quality and reduce NPA/delinquency levels.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of collection activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
