About the Role
Big Leap Marketing is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Candidates with prior experience in a Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and marketing goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Digital Marketing, Content, Design, SEO, and Performance Marketing to ensure timely project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide campaign updates and reports.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Address client concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Ensure all campaigns and deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, communications, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Mandatory experience in a Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, branding, and performance marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling multiple brand accounts.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and campaign reporting.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
