Role Charter: Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)
Mission
Enable successful deployment and adoption of Knewron by bridging client-specific needs with platform capabilities, ensuring healthcare-native AI solutions are delivered with compliance, scalability, and measurable impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Discovery
- Act as the technical liaison between client teams and Knewron product engineering.
- Conduct workflow assessments for payer, provider, MedTech, and life sciences use cases.
- Identify opportunities for agentic AI orchestration and PDLC accelerators.
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Configure and deploy multi-agent workflows tailored to client requirements.
- Integrate connectors, apply PHI masking, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, CMS.
- Optimize knowledge graph ingestion and AgenticRAG pipelines for contextual intelligence.
- Feedback Loop to Product Teams
- Capture field insights and share with engineering for roadmap refinement.
- Recommend enhancements for compliance guardrails, observability, and explainability frameworks.
- Validate new features in real-world healthcare environments.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for client teams.
- Support pre-sales architecture discussions with CIO/CTO stakeholders.
- Promote best practices for healthcare-native AI deployments.
