Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals, preferably in IT services or digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Handle lead generation through various platforms
- Communicate with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Prepare and share proposals and follow up with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or software sales (preferred)
- Ability to work in evening shift timings
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
