Job Title: Manual Software Tester (Fresher)

Job Description:
We are hiring a fresher who is genuinely interested in software testing and has the curiosity to explore applications beyond basic usage. This role is for someone who notices small details, asks questions, and is willing to learn fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand application features and test them from a user perspective
- Create and execute basic test cases
- Identify bugs, UI issues, and unexpected behavior
- Report bugs with clear steps, screenshots, or recordings
- Work closely with developers to get issues resolved
- Re-test fixes and ensure quality before release
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of basic software testing concepts (manual testing, bug life cycle, etc.)
- Strong observation and logical thinking
- Ability to explain issues clearly in English (written and verbal)
- Confidence to ask questions and communicate with the team
- Basic understanding of how web/mobile applications work
Mandatory:
- Must have completed an internship or training in software testing
- Must be based in Surat (Work from Office)
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
- Exposure to real-time projects or testing practice
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
