We are looking for a creative, strategic, and experienced Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our brand’s voice across all social platforms. While our interns focus on daily outreach and support, you will be the architect of our overall social media strategy.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing campaigns, managing the content calendar, creating high-quality engaging content (both visual and written), and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), X, and TikTok/Reels.
- Content Creation & Curation: Design visually appealing graphics, shoot/edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), and write captivating copy tailored to each platform.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor audience engagement, track KPIs (growth, reach, CTR), and generate weekly/monthly reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of algorithmic changes, audio trends, and industry news to ensure our brand remains culturally relevant.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Digital Marketing team and guide our Social Media Interns to ensure brand consistency across all outreach and community engagement.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or high-growth creator.
- Strategic Thinker: You don't just post for the sake of posting; you understand social funnels and how organic content drives business goals.
- Excellent Copywriting: Flawless written communication with a knack for adapting tone and voice to fit different platforms and audiences.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
