Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support daily online business operations. The candidate will assist in product listings, order processing, invoicing, and coordination with internal teams and marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in product listing and updating details on various e-commerce platforms
- Handle customer claims, returns, and refund processes efficiently
- Generate and maintain invoices and related documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Understanding of listing processes, claims handling, and invoicing
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- E commerce (Mandatory)
- Tally Entries for sales, purchase n GST.
- Marketplace Settlement Reconciliation (Amazon, Flipkart, etc)
- Channel Reconciliation using Panel Data.
- Maintain data in Advanced Excel/ Google Sheets.
- Party reconciliation, purchase entries and expense tracking.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Commerce or related field
- Prior experience in e-commerce or back-office operations will be an advantage
