Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and presentable Office Assistant cum Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our facility and manage daily workspace administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth front-desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and maintaining organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist incoming visitors, parents, and partners with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the front desk, handle incoming phone calls, and direct inquiries to the correct department.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and premium presentation of the reception and meeting areas.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and delivery logistics.
- Assist with basic tasks, including printing, scanning, and monitoring office supply inventories, serving tea/coffee.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Educational Qualification: 12th Standard pass out.
- Basic spoken and written communication skills (English and Hindi/Punjabi language).
- Punctual, organized, and reliable with a polite phone manner.
- Basic familiarity with computers and smartphones for regular office communication.
