Job Title: Early Childhood Educator – Play-Based Learning

Job Summary
We are seeking a nurturing, soulful, and creative Educator to join our spiritual play school. The ideal candidate will combine early childhood development principles with a holistic approach to education. Rather than rigid instruction, you will guide children through conscious play, mindfulness, and character-building values, helping them discover their inner world while exploring the outer world.
Key Responsibilities
Holistic Curriculum Delivery: Implement play-based, experiential lesson plans that weave together cognitive milestones and spiritual/emotional themes (e.g., gratitude, empathy, mindfulness, and interconnectedness).
Mindful Classroom Management: Create a calm, safe, and emotionally secure classroom environment using gentle discipline, active listening, and positive reinforcement.
Facilitating Spiritual Play: Lead daily routines that incorporate child-friendly mindfulness, simple breathwork, yoga/stretching, soulful storytelling, and reflective quiet times.
Nature & Sensory Connection: Guide children through outdoor exploration and sensory play, fostering a deep respect and appreciation for nature and all living things.
Child Observation & Assessment: Monitor and document each child’s social, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth, ensuring their unique developmental path is supported.
Parent Partnership: Maintain open, compassionate communication with parents regarding their child's holistic progress, providing insight into building a supportive environment at home.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience teaching in a preschool, Waldorf, Montessori, or play-based learning environment.
Spiritual Alignment: A personal commitment to a mindful, spiritual, or conscious lifestyle, with the ability to model patience, kindness, and emotional maturity.
Skills:
Strong understanding of early child psychology and development stages.
Creativity in integrating arts, music, storytelling, and movement into daily routines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Certifications: First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain it), and a clean background check.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
